Why do some people leave Mass early?
Question: While on vacation, I attended Mass at a church where many people left right after communion. Why would they do this?
Answer: Canon Law says the faithful are bound to participate in the Mass on Sundays and other holy days. We are expected to attend the entire Mass.
A misunderstanding of this law may be trace to a pre-Vatican II teaching. Some theologians taught the Mass had three principle parts: offertory, consecration and communion. Some people reasoned that their obligation would be fulfilled by attending only those parts of the Mass. They felt justified in coming late and leaving early.
This changed with Vatican II. The Mass is divided into four sections (Introductory rites, Liturgy of the word, Liturgy of the Eucharist, and Concluding rites), but none is more important than the other because Christ is present throughout the Mass. Attending Mass means we are there from the opening hymn through the recessional hymn.
Some people have valid reasons for leaving Mass early, such as feeling ill or taking a crying child from church. Perhaps they are travelling and need to get to the airport on time.
I, too wonder why churches have a great exodus before the Mass has ended. It is a practice which, in my opinion, should cease immediately.

Paid $$$$$ to read Emails
Greatest Man
The Greatest Man in History Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master. Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no Medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings Feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a Tomb, yet He lives today. I feel honored to serve such a Leader who Loves us! If you believe in God and in Jesus Christ His Son . Just remember that Jesus said ... "If you deny me before man, I will Deny you before my Father in Heaven."

Good to Know.....
Keep walking…….
Just check this out......
The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains as you can see the organs are on right and left foot, the heart is on the left foot.

This time, it put organs on the feet as they are. Typically they are shown as points and arrows to show which organ it connects to. It is indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here. This is covered in great details in Acupressure studies or textbooks. God created our body so well that he thought of even this. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times. So, keep walking...

Prayer for the family

O God, our Lord and King, we thank you for each and every member of our family. We believe that each one of us is your special gift to us. We ask you to forgive us for those times we fail to love and care for one another.
Gracious King, we surrender to you all our needs, problems and heartaches. We implore you to set aright whatever is wrong within our family.
Lord and King, surround each of us with your angels and saints. Protect us from all evil. Send forth your Holy Spirit upon us to increase or faith and trust in you. May the peace of your Holy Spirit flow into our home and remain with us now and forever more.
Amen.

The Prayer
Each and everyone one of us are going through tough times right now, but God is getting ready to bless you in a way that only He can.
Keep the faith.
This prayer is powerful, and prayer is one of the best gifts we receive.
There is no cost but a lot of rewards.
Let's continue to pray for one another.
The prayer:
Father, I ask You to bless my friends, relatives and those that I care deeply for, who are reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of Your love and power.
Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy.
Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs.
Bless their homes, families, finances, their goings and their comings.
In Jesus' precious name. Amen.
Another GODLY Advice

The Four Blessed Looks:
1. Look Back and THANK GOD
2. Look Forward and TRUST GOD
3. Look around and SERVE GOD
4. Look within and Find GOD
“I asked GOD, ‘How do I get the best out of life?’
GOD said, ‘Face your past without regrets. Handle the present with confidence and prepare for the future without fear!’
“Without GOD, our week is:
Mournday
Tearsday
Wasteday
Thirstday
Fightday
Shatterday
Sinday
So allow HIM to be with you everyday!
“Life is short, so Forgive quickly.
Believe slowly, Love truly.
Laugh uncontrollably.
Never regret anything that makes you happy and
Have a wonderful journey!”

Do you know????

The Center of the Bible
This is pretty strange how it worked out this way
Even if you are not religious you should read this.
Q. What is the shortest chapter in the Bible?
A. Psalms 117
Q. What is the longest Chapter in the Bible?
A. Psalms 119
Q. Which Chapter is in the center of the Bible?
A. Psalms 118
Fact: There are 594 chapters before Psalms 118
Fact: There are 594 chapters after Psalms 118
Add these numbers up and you get 1188
Q: What is the center verse in the Bible?
A: Psams 118:8
Does tis verse say something significant about God's perfect will for our life?
The next time someone says they would like o find God's perfect will for their lives and that they want to be in the center of His Will, just senf them to the center of His Word!
Psalms 118:8 (NKJV)
"It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."
Now isn't that odd how this worked out (or was GOD in the center of it)?
When things get tough, always remember... Faith doesn't get you around trouble, it get you through it!!

Botak Jones - Damn good food @ a damn good price
http://www.botakjones.com/index.htmlvenue - Blk 608 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 - Yue Hua Food Place
Botak Jones is the brainchild of an american that promises to bring authentic american food to the heartland. the ang mo kio branch is its second branch, after tuas. business here is so good, many customers actually wait around patiently until the stall opens at 12 noon and close at 10 pm. with all the hype, the food had better be damn good! They are close on MONDAY.
the menu was made up of sheets of photocopied yellow paper stapled together. and it sure was an extensive one! every item had a descriptive paragraph that followed, written in a light-hearted and very informal style. they also had the menu on a chalkboard right in front of the stall. the staff were all extremely energetic and friendly, taking care to recommend various dishes on hearing that i don’t eat beef.
one of the dishes they recommended was the swanky franky hot dog. lucky for me it was available in chicken too. so that was what i had! it was wrapped in bacon and had melted cheddar cheese on top! doesn’t that sound appetising? i didn’t even have to think twice about it!

here are some of the dishes......
